Final Assessment: The orb morphology, intermittent signatures, no thermal exhaust, and impossible kinematics reported in UAP encounters are all consistent with FRC plasma platforms. The AARO report's description of orb characteristics matches the physics described in Chapters 1–7 of this investigation. The "disclosure" movement may be serving dual purposes: genuine transparency AND controlled release of information about classified plasma technology. The orb is not an alien spacecraft — it is a compact toroidal plasma structure, the same technology described in the AFRL DPF paper, the MARAUDER program, the Pais patents, and the Trivergence Protocol.

Caveat: This assessment does not claim that all UAPs are plasma platforms. The AARO report identifies multiple morphologies (orbs, triangles, cylinders, etc.).
